Julie is a licensed and certified school psychologist working in private practice in the Space Coast area.  She worked for Brevard Public Schools for eight years as a School Psychologist and worked with students from pre-k to high school throughout the district.   Prior to being a School Psychologist, Julie worked as an elementary school teacher and a middle school math teacher.  

While working as a teacher, Julie was drawn to psychology and trying to better understand each individual child and their needs.  With more than a decade of working with children, Julie has experience working with students of all ages, backgrounds, and exceptionalities.  Her areas of expertise include assessments with children who may have giftedness, learning disabilities, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

She received her Master of Science in Counseling with a specialty in School Psychology at California State University, Northridge.  Julie received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education at the University of Michigan.  Outside of the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, boating, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
